Where has the summer gone?!
The warmth and color we enjoy during the spring/summer months has gone again. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy a variety of colors on our plates during the fall/winter months. Holiday gatherings seem to be a struggle for us as we try to avoid eating too much or too many calorie-dense foods. Although we know that we need to eat more nutrient-dense foods, as the saying goes, it’s easier said than done. Maybe we don’t know how to use certain fruits or vegetables, or even know what is in-season, especially here in Utah. Below are some links that may help with those concerns.
